The business is led by Peter Larcombe, a senior credit risk and operations professional with over 25 years’ experience across consumer finance, SME lending and asset finance.
Peter has held senior leadership roles within banks and finance companies, leading underwriting, credit operations, regulatory programmes and large-scale portfolio and migration activity. His experience spans day-to-day lending operations through to Board-level governance and regulatory engagement.
Credit Efficiency Solutions Ltd was established to provide independent, hands-on support to firms that need senior expertise without the overhead or rigidity of traditional consulting models.
